My signature Canine Chakra Yoga class - was developed to enhance the bond & trust between the canine and their human. Adding Chakras creates an opportunity for balance and energy flow for our pets.

- Find your Zen with your canine friend in the comfort of your own home.
- Spending time with your canine friend promotes positive energy levels in their minds & body as well as yours too.
- Mental & physical stimulation is crucial to your pet's health and well-being.
- Learn how to teach your pup our " Canine Chakra Yoga" paws poses (asanas) to encourage gentle stretching through basic cues and tricks - Downward Dog (Take-a-Bow), for example, to strengthen abdominals & hamstrings.
- This virtual class is designed to bring an integrative approach to the awareness between human and their canine.
- Each class ends with a Canine Chakra Visualization technique (Savasana).
- A foundation of Basic Obedience is helpful to fully enjoy this One-of-a-Kind experience.
Canine Chakras
- During Savasana, Tami guides us through each Chakra using an integrative approach to enhance the awareness between the human and canine.
- Tami guides through Nine Chakra Energy centers - the seven primary and two additional for our canine friends.
- You will learn each Chakra and how to awaken and balance, through sound and colors; creating an energy flow throughout your canine friend's body.

Each class session is $30 per hour
